I provide faith-based counseling services for people who want compassionate, clinically grounded therapy with the option to integrate faith. While I practice from a Christian worldview, my services are open to everyone—regardless of your background, beliefs, or level of spiritual involvement.

Some clients prefer to include prayer and Scripture.
Some prefer a completely non-spiritual, evidence-based approach.
Both are welcome here, and both receive the same care, respect, and support.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based technique that helps the brain safely process traumatic or emotionally intense memories. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide you through a structured process that reduces emotional distress and helps you feel more in control.
